I love your beers. I agree with the evaluation of the waitstaff from Vanessa, but want to add issues with the kitchen. Every time I've been in the last year, some part of my order is messed up. Last time my order included a Cobb Salad, which the chicken was missing. We brought it up, in a very nice way that there was supposed to be chicken on the salad. When it came back, it looked as though someone took a small piece of chicken and threw it hastily on the salad. I feel as though the kitchen has it out for the customer. I understand that it is expensive running a brewpub, but I'd consider reevaluating how you price some of your food items. $9 for mac and cheese? It's good, but not that good for the quantity. Anyway, I hope things get better. I really like the beer. You guys provide something that San Antonio lacks and I want that to stay around. I love the place. I love your beers. A wait at Freetail has become common, and understood. My problem hasn't been with the wait as much as it has been the waitstaff... I dropped in during RealTail, and had so many servers pass me and my family up that I finally had to ask one of them if they were our server. Two told me no. One told me they would find the server for me, only to never return. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I finally flagged another one down and was appreciative when her answer was "No, but I'll help you.". I don't mind waiting, but I do mind being ignored and being made to feel like we were imposing on the staff to get served. I don't write this to complain - I only ask in your quest to hire more servers, you hire and train them to be more concerned with your customers. I love your food, enjoy your beers, and hope to see positive changes the next time I stop in.
