Another relatively short update today as my day is mostly consumed with Super Bowl preparations at the brewpub.
I did manage to find some time to work on long overdue estimates of the size of the craft brewing industry in Texas, which to my knowledge has yet to be performed in our state. Preliminary results tomorrow.
As an aside, even without a root interest I really enjoy watching Liverpool prevail over defending champs Chelsea in English Premier League action this morning. Sometimes the heavy underdog prevails.
